Callbacks: Saturday, April 25th, 10 AM-1 PM, 2-5 PM (invited callbacks only)

Audition Workshop

Get ready for your “Heathers: The Musical” audition by joining our workshop!

  •  Saturday, March 21st from 10 am-2 pm
  • The Blackbox, downstairs in the Chapman Cultural Center

Our audition workshops are a great way to experience the audition process prior to auditions! For this workshop, you will participate in a mock audition and receive individualized guidance on audition techniques, song choices, acting the song, and gaining confidence for the audition room. You will perform your audition material in front of the instructor and the other registrants.

This workshop fee is $45 and for individuals 18 and older.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • ARRIVE:  Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled audition time, to fill out an audition form if you have not already done so.
  • PREPARE: Performers are encouraged to be familiar with the material and characters before auditioning. Please read the posted audition call for each production for specific audition requirements.
  • DRESS: Wear clothes and shoes that are appropriate for the audition. 
  • BRING: Come with a full list of any conflicts you may have during the rehearsal period.
  • COMPLETE: You may print and complete this audition form. Audition forms will also be available at the theatre.
  • ENTER:  All auditions are held at the Chapman Cultural Center. Please enter through the stage door on the west side of the theater building and follow directional signs.
